Cancellations and refunds
The APA Professional Development Training Program is run on a non-profit, break even basis.
The APA reserves the right to cancel a course or vary the time of the course if there are insufficient participants enrolled. Only in the event of the cancellation of a course will a full refund be made.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us. For cancellations received up to 7 working days before the course starts, a refund will be given after deduction of a $55 administration fee, and any other external costs incurred by the APA.
A refund will not be given for non-attendance or for cancellations received less than 7 working days before the course starts.
Only in exceptional circumstances will this policy be varied. Any request for special consideration should be made directly to the Training Manager of the APA.
