Cancellations and refunds

General Clauses
A refund will not be given for non-attendance or for cancellations received less than 10 working days before a confirmed project date.
For cancellations received up to 10 working days before the confirmed project date, a refund will be given after deduction of a $65 administration fee plus a percentage of any other reasonable costs incurred by the APA in the organisation of the project at that time.
Only in the event of the APA cancelling a project will a full refund be made.
Additional Clauses relating to the APA’s Industry Professional Development & Training Program
The industry professional development and training program is run on a non-profit, break even basis.
The APA reserves the right to cancel a course or vary the time of the course if there are insufficient numbers enrolled. Only in the event of a cancellation of a course will a full refund be made.

Only in exceptional circumstances will this policy be varied. Any request for special consideration should be made directly to the Professional Development Manager of the APA.
