Seven Steps is Australia’s most well-known writing educator, providing award-winning training and resources to transform writing, engage students and improve writing results. Designed by former teacher and award-winning author, Jen McVeity OAM, the Seven Steps approach aims to change how writing is taught in Australia. It's mission is to transform writing for life, and since 2005, the program has reached over 2 million children and teachers from over half of Australian schools. This practical, author-based approach breaks down writing into seven core techniques used by professional authors. In doing so it empowers teachers to unlock their students’ creativity and writing potential.
