Bookings
TitlePage banners can be booked by contacting [email protected]
TitlePage banners can be booked in bulk, though some limits on consecutive bookings may apply during busy periods.
Any titles represented must be listed on TitlePage.
TitlePage reserves the right to not run banners where invoices have not been paid, or appropriate artwork has not been supplied in time.
Invoices
An invoice will be issued and two weeks will be allowed for the invoice to be paid, however if the booking date occurs within that two week period the invoice must be paid prior to the booked date. The booking confirmation is not finalised until the invoice is paid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Artwork
Artwork must be supplied at least one week prior to the booked date. TitlePage will make efforts to contact publishers who have not supplied artwork in time, however this deadline is the publishers responsibility.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are not available.
Bookings can be moved to future dates (subject to availability), or changed to a credit, but must be used within 12 months of initial booking. Bundle bookings do not require dates to be specified at the time of booking but all three banners must be used within 12 months of booking.
Requests to change a booked date or for a credit must be sent at least 14 days prior to the booked date.
The booked banner dates will be extended should there be any delays to the TitlePage banner publication due to system issues. It will not be extended for delays due to late artwork or unpaid invoices.
